Corr CP Survey System is developed by Corrosea Sdn Bhd with consultation of NACE CP specialist and certified personnel in the oil & gas industry for over 10 years.
This system and equipment are simple and efficient way to obtain CP potential on subsea structure and anode to determine the CP protection level. By using Remote Cell for CTC technique, our system is able to measure accurately the continuous CP potential.
TWIN CELL CP SURVEY
Corr CP Survey System is the upgraded and enhance version for globally use in Subsea Cathodic Protection Survey. The system and equipment are designed following the specification requirements that meet DNVGL as consulted by NACE CP specialist.
With experience in the Oil & Gas Underwater Services for over 10 years and consultation by certified person in Cathodic Protection Survey, the System has developed with hi-speed data collection and high accuracy result.
Corr CP Survey System is a user-friendly data communication system to connect to other inspection systems around the world. The system is designed to have accurate hi-speed data collection and easily to display the CP reading on overlay-screen.
Our twin-cell CP Probe is well-designed to be mounted easily on either 5 or 7 functions ROV manipulator. It consists of Dual purely Ag/AgCl half cells, sharp stainless-steel tip in front of the probe. CP Potential, Continuous and Field Gradient can be measured accurately.
Field Gradient measurement is used to estimate remaining life of anode and anode current output.
Raw Data Analogue is converted to Digital by Hi-Tech electronic pod that is designed and custom-made by Corrosea. Corr CP Survey System transmit and receive data via RS-232 or RS-485 protocol. The electronic ADC is installed inside thedouble O-ring casing that has been certified to be used in 300 bar pressure / 3000-meter sea water.
Raw data will be transferred to Corr CP Survey processing software for reporting, analysis and charting CP and FG profile.

CP DROP CELL
Corrosea also provide cost-effective CP Drop Cell inspection service to clients for a general check on their installed CP system at jacket platform structure.
An Ag/AgCl half-cell connected on one side of the high impedance multimeter and will be dropped into the sea, where another side of the multimeter is connected to topside structure. This simple connection is carried out by our trained competent personnel to take the potential CP readings.
